Each floor plan has a considerately designed layout for living and hosting. There is nothing tiny about the spacious rooms and tall ceilings. Delivery and set up within a 50-mile radius of Siloam Springs, AR is included in the price. Each cabin comes ready for you to hook up your utilities and start living. 50 radius miles from Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
Yes. We currently deliver to a six state region. For sizes 14 x 40 or below, there is an additional fee of five dollars per mile after the initial 50 miles. However, for sizes above 14 x 40, the supplemental charge increases to twenty-five dollars per mile beyond the initial 50 miles.

No. But decorated and furnished options are very popular and a minimal upgrade in price. Regardless, each cabin will have high design elements and come completely finished.
The one bedroom and one bathroom option. This is undoubtedly our most popular and affordable model. We always try to have at least one in the works at our shop. Two floor plans available, depending on a side entry or front entry. Typically a 12 x 32. Sizes can vary.
The one bedroom and one bathroom with two lofts. The floor plan is the same as the 1/1 but this cabin incorporates one or two lofts for sleeping or storage. Typically a 12 x 32. Sizes can vary.

The two bedroom and two bathroom option is perfect for those wanting a separation of space. One spacious bedroom is on one side of the house next to a large bathroom. The open living room, dining room, and kitchen area are the common space in the middle. The other side of the house boasts a big bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and laundry. Sizes can vary.
This is the same floor plan as the 2/2. In addition, one or two very spacious lofts are available for sleep or storage. Sizes: 14 x 40 up to a 16 x 50.
The three bedroom and two bathroom option is our largest. The largest bedroom is separate from the other two. It has an ensuite bathroom as well as a full laundry. The kitchen and living room are an open concept in the heart of the home. The additional two bedrooms have a full-size jack and jill bathroom to share. Size: 16 x 50.
